Responsible for the purchase of imported and national raw material, MRO, CAPEX and OPEX, productive and unproductive, ensuring the implementation of the best cost (Total Cost of Ownership - TCO), quality and deadline;Responsible for carrying out the Budget for the category of direct materials;Interface with global purchasing areas, always looking for synergies and opportunities;Participated in the strategic planning of supply and risk management, identifying and implementing initiatives for continuous improvement and productivity at the plant;Search for alternatives to reduce costs in the categories under its responsibility through research and development of new suppliers, implementation of sourcing strategies, dual-source, etc.;Monitor compliance with the Purchasing Strategy and Policy in the areas;Acted as a Business partner, especially for the R&D area, supporting all areas of the company to conduct sourcing projects, homologate suppliers and negotiate direct material contracts;Development and Monitoring of management and performance indicators for purchases and suppliers;Monitoring of costs, commodity price trends and budget impacts;Development and management of suppliers, in order to establish sustainable partnerships for the company;Conducting technical visits to approved and potential suppliers in Brazil, Asia and Europe.
