Like most agencies, we were frustrated and overwhelmed with the workload and we didn't feel like we can catch up with it while continuing to grow.We were hitting a glass ceiling that we couldn't break through – until we realized one important thing and everything changed. We started to (re)structure our company, implement a variety of automation, and creating systems and processes for all kinds of actions.
