Followed by the belief that our life is made to be lived and not to be burned out, we founded Workflowed, a company that helps agency owners to free up their time for meaningful tasks by (re)structuring and automating their business.As the head of an agency for many years, I know the good as well as the challenging sides of an agency business life. Like most agencies, we were frustrated and overwhelmed with the workload and we didn't feel like we can catch up with it while continuing to grow.We were hitting a glass ceiling that we couldn't break through – until we realized one important thing and everything changed. We started to (re)structure our company, implement a variety of automation, and creating systems and processes for all kinds of actions.
