Support activities within the HSE division for environmental issues, the rational use of energy and water resources and the implementation of sustainable environmental and energy policies. The activities concern the measurement, recording, analysis and evaluation of the energy performance of the three sites of MBDA Italia; the realization of energy consumption reports and the presentation of the results at the periodic meetings HSE. The activities also provide the forecast of consumption and technical support for the choice of electricity supply contracts; the identification of areas of intervention, the feasibility study and monitoring of the operational implementation of energy rationalisation measures and the verification of the actual savings achieved compared to the planned one. Support to the Technical Office: design new areas and re-layout through collection and definition of requirements, drafting of Statement of Work, technical evaluation of offers by suppliers, supervision of the execution of the works according to the requirements expressed by the company.

The activity consists of the energy analysis of the MBDA Italia sites according to the requirements dictated by UNI CEI EN 16427-1: 2012 and preparation of the UNI CEI ISO 50001: 2018 certification of the EMS. Objectives: definition of the energy balance of the MBDA Italia sites; identification of technological redevelopment interventions; evaluation of the technical opportunity of the interventions; improve the conditions of comfort and safety; reduce management costs.
