    Neomatrix is a spin-off of Takis fully dedicated to the personalized cancer vaccine. While precision medicine is advancing in oncology the need to translate this concept in immunology is getting more and more concrete. After the second place at the European competition Catapult last year, the completion of the BP supported by the phase I SME instrument we realized that to bring to patients the neoantigen cancer vaccine a new entity is needed. Neomatrix will further develop the pipeline for neoantigen identification and plasmid DNA reproduction. The complex process of personalized cancer vaccine is justified by the need to expand the potential application of immune checkpoint inhibitors, which have a limited capacity to elicit effective CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses against cancer-specific targets. There is a lot of work to do and we are fully committed to delivering on our goals
