With a direct annual budget of R$ 120M and approximately 600 employees, coordinates and conducts all bidding for assets and technological services, also ensures compliance with the guidelines of technology contained in the Strategic Planning of the city. · Appointed in December 2015, assumed the Presidency of the IplanRio with the mission to increase the quality and perception of service levels, as well as plan and execute the technology operation in the city for the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Rio 2016. After the municipal elections of 2016, I was reappointed for one more term by the elected Mayor. · Among the main projects structured and implemented during my management, in addition to the Olympic operation, it includes (i) The program of debureaucratization 'Rio+Fácil Negócios' stands out, allowing 47% of the licenses required to the City Hall to be issued in 30 minutes; (ii) Submission and implementation, in partnership whit the World Bank, of projects geared towards the modernization of public education; (iii) Implementation of the domain .RIO, allowing that Rio de Janeiro was the first city in South America to have an own internet domain; (iv) Technological Integration of all modes of urban mobility by the Operations Center of Rio; (v) Development of TAXI.RIO, the first public mobility platform for taxi management in urban centers; (vi) Installation of IXP, Internet Exchange Point, after a rigorous qualification process by The Internet Management Committee in Brazil – CGI.Br, making Rio’s City Hall the first in brazil to participate in an IXP; (vii)Modeling of Sentinela Carioca project, the first structured program for use of remotely piloted aircrafts (RPAs) in municipal operations in Brazil and; (vi) Review of dozens of process and implementation of technology to optimize them. The 'Secretaria Municipal de Administração' is responsible for four major areas of the public machine: Human resources (payroll, handling, etc.), Bids and infrastructure, Corrections (administrative investigations), Recruitment (civil server exam and training of servers).

Coordinated the team that took part on conducting of highly complex civil lawsuits under the responsibility of the Office, notably in banking, insurance, trade in luxury goods, cosmetics, among others. In addition, I was also responsible for the administration of the team's budget, monitoring targets, as well as technical guidance and legal strategies for the remaining areas of the Office.

As part of team specialized in Intellectual Property, acted in the conduct of administrative and judicial cases involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, contracts, piracy, violations oftrade dress and parallel imports. I had the opportunity to practice directly in several leading cases at the Superior Justice Court (STJ).

As part of the team that specializes in litigation, I worked mainly on intellectual property rights for administrative and judicial authorities from all the Country, including offering courses and training in several customs of Brazil.
