Currently Operation Planner at the multinational ABB S.p.A, within the Electrification Division, in the purchasing department, in the Service department of Dalmine (BG).The activity consists in following the confirmation / order from the moment of its loading and the arrival of the activities at the factory, launching production orders, issuing purchase requests, verifying the delivery of materials by suppliers, relative reminders, preparation shipping materials, and in some cases also follow the shipment and the relationship also with the customers.My activity also consists in monitoring the warehouse stocks of materials used for internal production, picking materials from the various factory warehouses, organizing production activities and related priorities for the production of "MTS" components (Make To Stock), but also for the "MTO" (Make To Order) components.Furthermore, I keep OTD monitored by our suppliers, in particular those inside the plant (other departments, and our OTD is that relating to compliance with contractual delivery dates to customers).

Buyer at ABB S.p.A, within the Electrification Products Division, in the Purchasing Dept., in the Service department of Dalmine (BG).Although mainly framed as a Buyer, my activity, in addition to that of the purchases, in the end is similar to that of a Project Manager, as I follow the confirmation / order from the moment it is loaded until the moment in which the material is brought to packaging and in some extreme cases even beyond (shipping). In particular, the activity involves the launch of the assembly vouchers, the purchase of materials from third-party suppliers, the collection of materials from the various warehouse facilities, the collection of materials and the dispatch to the packaging department and the subsequent shipment.

Buyer at ABB S.p.A, Discrete Automation & Motion, of Sesto San Giovanni (MI).During this time at ABB DM, in addition to taking care of Purchasing, my task also involved dealing with the logistics activity related to the transfer of materials from the production sites to the destination places, with the consequent identification of how many vehicles could be used for the transfer of materials (sections of MV switchboards, MV motors and MV transformers), the relative requests offered to suppliers (Carriers transporters) and the related negotiation before issuing order, the completion of all documentation relating to transport (Packing List, invoices pro - form, advance payment of customs charges) and invoicing.Being a unique figure, within DM Drives, I was at that time covering all the functions, purchases, logistics, quality and safety.
