Direct report to the CEO and CFO, leading a team of 6 people.Key Responsibilities:• Providing technical support to the dealer network.• Managing the local warehouse for spare parts, accessories, and apparel.• Overseeing the warranty policy, including costs, goodwill, audits, and recalls.• Coordinating the Customer Service Center (SAC) and 24-hour Assistance.• Ensuring the implementation and progress of the after-sales commercial policy through the dealerships.• Organizing and managing technical and non-technical training sessions for the dealership network.• Supervising the logistics of motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and apparel.• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Direct report to the Head of Technical Service Center, with a team of 4 Specialists• Responsible for achieving the strategic and operational goals of product support from Latam & Caribbean.• Support to aftersales managers from 26 countries to improve KPIs and increase customer satisfaction.• Coordination of action plans between the headquarter and the local markets.

• Specialist in the after sales operation, development and implementation of the Latin America and Caribbean dealer technical support in Land Rover brand;• Dealership visit to diagnose and repair vehicles. always seeking customer satisfaction;• Field visit to identify the root cause of the vehicle’s problem;• Development of technical reports (in English) for the investigation and quality area;• Responsible for weekly conference call with the head office in England to discuss critical field cases;• Review and approval of warranty repairs / courtesy; • Responsible for standardization of tools and special tools; • Personal service to customers of critical cases of CRC; • Internal customers support: CRC, Homologation, Training area, Network Development, Product Investigation, Parts, etc.

Development of activities linked to the area of Product Support, Chassis and TransmissionMain Activities:• Statistical survey of critical field points (Early Warning), and deployment of correction initiatives;• Participation in Systemic Group Meetings to discuss possible product changes and suppliers’ quality breaches;• Technical support to dealers;• Telediagnosis of vehicles; • Visits to the dealers network;• Writing of technical documents (TPI) for the dealers network;• Acquisition of technical data through internal systems leading to interpretation of technical designs (KVS), and statistical data on failures (AQUA, R/1000);• Participation in Quality and After sales initiatives.

Development of activities linked to the durability and reliability tests area in light and heavy vehicles.Main Activities:• Writing of technical presentations and reports.• Data analysis collected by onboard computers (Bluebird, Compsis, DAQ National Instruments);• Vehicle autonomy considering highway and urban rides, rotation systems, speed among other aspects that can influence it;• Torque in axis measurement using strain gage;• Measurement of pressure and temperature in exhaust and admission systems;• Comparison among transmission types (manual, automatic and power driven);• Comparison between maintenance and durability.
