I represented ASIA NGO in Mongolia, supervising staff of ASIA in Mongolia. I coordinated the implementation of project on education and IT for the schools in Sukhbaatar Province:• Reopening ASIA office in Mongolia after Covid19 closure (selection and management of the personnel, management of logistic facilities, purchasing of equipment);• Ensuring the execution of the project activities in close cooperation with Implementing Partners and beneficiaries;• Designing, and implementing the monitoring and evaluation system for all activities of the project;• Identify, contract and cooperate closely with local technical consultants and trainers;• Planning and initiating procurement procedures for services and equipment with call for tenders;• Coordinating the financial reporting for the project and for the office;• Draft new project proposals on food safety, gender equality and livelihoods.

As a Framework Contract Manager in ADE, I was responsible for the preparation of bids and tenders mostly for DG INTPA. My tasks include research and selection of specialized consultants, coordination of mission planning; supporting the drafting of project methodologies, budget estimations and start-up of the project proposals retained for implementation.

External Dimension Unit; Phase 1 and 2 of the project: “Regional Support to Protection-Sensitive Migration Management in the Western Balkans and Turkey” (IPA framework), consortium with Frontex, IOM, UNHCR; beneficiaries: Kosovo, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey. I supported the PM in the coordination of interventions, namely the needs assessment for the Roadmaps for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia; I particularly support the activities to update the Serbian Contingency Plan on Migration, the drafting of Macedonian SOP on Registration and Examination procedures, and the establishment of an M&E System for the new Serbian asylum law. This entails accounting (Activity Based Budget), administrative support, logistics, drafting of reports, selection of experts, monitoring project progresses.

Framework Contracts Department. Proposal writing, recruitment of experts, negotiation, team composition, general assistance, budget monitoring, correspondence management and basically backstopping for evaluation, formulation and technical assistance projects funded by EU Commission: FWC COM 2015 Evaluation, FWC BENEF and SIEA (and partly UN) about peacebuilding, gender, refugees and migration mainly.

CAS and SPRAR Projects implementation:Processing the asylum claims, introducing asylum seekers in Trieste house facilities and society, networking, promoting their personal planning attitude and motivation, while making sure to accomplish both Government instructions and recipients needs.

Supporting the implementation of an EU Commission funded project aimed at community-based social entrepreneurship, involving women from different ethnic and religious communities. Supporting the implementation of a cross-border project on rural development designed to family-run businesses. Carrying out preliminary researches for a future projects.

Volunteer in the organisation of concerts, festivals and art exhibitions with Italian and international performers. Engaging artists, negotiation, space management, general support.
