I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP), one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America. This course provides me with a global and critical perspective on international dynamics, with an emphasis on politics, economics, developing analytical and problem-solving skills in complex global scenarios.Prior to my undergraduate studies, I completed two technical courses that complement my academic background and broaden my ability to work in different fields. I earned a Technical Integrated Course in Internet Informatics at ETEC de Poá, where I developed practical skills in information technology, including programming, web development, and digital infrastructure. Additionally, I completed a Technical Course in Administration, also at ETEC de Poá, which provided me with a solid foundation in business management, finance, and organizational leadership.I am currently an Intern in Strategy and Innovation at ISA CTEEP, where I am responsible for the monthly update of strategic indicator results, providing direct support for the innovation sector within the Brazilian electrical sector. I actively contribute to the analysis of innovative projects and manage administrative demands for the strategy and innovation departments. My work directly impacts process improvement and the implementation of innovations in the energy sector.Previously, I worked as a Facilities Apprentice at Neogrid, where I played a key role in supporting internal and external clients, using the JIRA system to handle logistics requests. During this experience, I was also responsible for preparing office budgets, managing material inventory through spreadsheets, and assisting in organizing corporate events. Another important experience was as a Commercial Support Apprentice at Sem Parar Empresas, where I provided customer service via online chat and phone, generated corporate orders through the company’s system, and used Salesforce to direct leads and contacts to sales consultants.These diverse and complementary experiences demonstrate my adaptability and versatility in handling different sectors and challenges, always focused on delivering results and continuously improving organizational processes.
