Very interested to the information technologies, during the years I acquired a good technical knowledge of some IT systems (ex.: AS400, Symantec Backup Exec, Windows Servers, PCs etc…).As component of a global service operation team I acquired a good skill to understand IT processes and then to manage eventual problems from them to reduce the impact to the business.Strong use of the Office Automation products including Visual Basic for MS Office applications, AS400 administration and SQL Server.Always, within the company, a primary point of reference for users for helpdesk activities on telephony, connectivity, use of business applications, desktops, laptops and printers in a Windows environment.My experiences are completed by basic knowledge in Business Intelligence, Unix/Linux systems and network.I am able to take charge and very often successfully solve the tasks that are entrusted to me both independently and in groups even in the presence of stressful situations that require activities outside the normal work shifts.
