We created the largest organic egg company in Latin America (Fazenda da Toca) and sold the business (along with the vertically integrated organic grain production) to Granja Mantiqueira in 2023.

2+Capital is a private equity firm focused on the Brazilian consumer goods segment, targeting middle market companies with high growth potential and talented entrepreneurs. The fund originated inside Grupo Boticário’s New Business Development Unit before being spun-off into a separate entity.

Grupo Boticário is one of Brazil’s largest cosmetic companies (R$ 18B revenue in 2021) and an entrepreneurial success. The group is privately owned and expanded into new brands and channels starting in 2010.

At the beginning of his first term in office, Mayor Eduardo Paes invited a team of professional managers from the private sector to lead his government’s planning and to manage some of the city’s most strategic projects. This team was assembled under the Mayor’s Staff (Secretaria da Casa Civil) and its mission was to improve the government’s efficiency and to transform the city ahead of the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics. The Special Projects Division (Subsecretaria de Projetos Especiais) was responsible for managing large infrastructure projects such the BRT (bus rapid transit) corridors and other large-scale urban interventions.

I joined the São Paulo office in its early years and was part of the team that grew it from 30 to 300+ consultants in less than a decade. I also worked in the New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. I had 20+ consulting engagements in 11 different industries in 6 countries.
