I am a lawyer known by my clients for providing prompt legal advice that is commercially focused and meets business objectives.I hold two bachelor’s degrees from La Trobe University and have practised primarily in commercial law, property law and wills and estate planning, gaining solid experience assisting clients in a wide range of matters, often appearing in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court, VCAT and the Victorian Small Business Commission. I was entered in the High Court of Australia Register of Legal Practitioners in February 2015 and am a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.I am proud to have strong ties to the Italian community and can assist clients through my fluency in written and spoken Italian.

I worked closely with a principal of 45 years experience and primarily practised in general commercial and property law, with an emphasis on commercial and retail property leasing of Victorian real estate ranging from $100,000 - $400,000.00 p/annum.I also appeared at the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of landlords and tenants relating to various kinds of retail leasing disputes. I frequently acted for Owners Corporations with respect to proceedings against builders for defective works under the Domestic Building Contracts Act.I advised new clients with respect to all types of property matters, wills and estates and general commercial matters.
