Coordenei o início do Instituto Beacon com o objetivo de ampliar o impacto social da Beacon School. Após ser idealizado como pessoa jurídica independente, concentrando as atividades de filantropia para bolsas de estudos, iniciei minha atuação passando pelo planejamento, estruturação e execução de atividades como elaboração e registro do contrato social, políticas e procedimentos operacionais, de atração, seleção e controle de candidatos, identidade dos programas desenvolvidos, estratégias de captação com poder público, privado e relacionamento com doadores e parcerias com outras instituições. Após um ano, a atração de candidatos foi ampliada para toda a cidade com o início de editais públicos, captado cinco grandes doadores iniciais com compromissos formais de doação por até 14 anos, novo site, folder, ferramenta de doações e outros materiais divulgados e políticas internas de seleção e procedimentos gerais implementados.

As a leader of the Scholarship Program, which was the main project for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) of the student body, I’ve developed strategies, action plans and processes to attract potential students with need-based scholarship, performance monitoring processes and engaging the community to help increase the project, fundraising campaigns and Standard scholarship selection & donation terms to maintain the relationship with donors and other stakeholders, in addition to continuously contributing with marketing area for communication and create a donor attraction Campaign. As a result, 10% of students were in the course with social scholarships, donations continued to increase annually and more people, especially the alumni community, were engaged with the project. In other hand, I’ve managed the budget of other projects, prepared financial statements and other documents to show the projects results for internal and external stakeholders.

Working in the financial and treasury area I developed process and tasks as: cash forecasting, working capital monitoring, cash concentration, investments, fundraising, risk management, banking relationship, reporting, mergers and acquisitions.

During this position I've been processing invoices for buyers, collecting payment information, evaluating periodical bills, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports for the rest of the company.

During this position, I've been analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities to help the contract manager for negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties.

During this position, I've been acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services, also delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
