I) Construction Industry in Italy, Algeria and Oman:- management of the financial relationships with the financial institutions (e.g. banks, leasing enterprises and factor companies) including both the ordinary operations, such as providing the necessary resources for the company management and some specific activities related to the development, expansion, and purchasing of the new corporate enterprises;- fully-integrated management of the active and passive cash flows of the company;- assistance and control of the Legal Department performance; - administrative management of the contracts with regard to both public and private customers (General Contractor);- third parties contract management;- dealing with insurance companies involved in the business of the Europe Group, incluiding the relationship with brokers, with particular emphasis to the deposits and bonds;- management control and cost accounting analysis;- verification, control and coordination of the financial statements preparation; - market research for the Purchase Department and purchase agreements drafting;- management and control of SOA certification and related activities.

My main job responsibilities comprised:- management of the financial flows of ASG s.c.r.l. and its affiliates, including: Grandi Lavori Fincosit S.p.A. and its affiliates, Abbiategrasso; Asti - Cuneo; Co.me.to, featuring an average overall monthly value of € 75 mln;- organization and preparation - in accordance with regulations imposed by E.N.I. S.p.A. – in relation to the monthly cash-flow statements containing cash outflows and financial management performance;- control/assistance to the activities of the Legal Department with the primary task of drafting verifying the contracts to be executed;- assistance to the General Direction in the management of the contracts related to the relationships with the third parties involved in the company activities;- quarterly expenditure forecast preparation;- participation/assistance to the preparation of six-monthly and annual financial statements of ASG s.c.r.l..
