Responsible for Body Shop manufacturing, working with cross functional teams, e.g.: Safety, Quality, Production Engineers and Maintenance teams, in order to achieve production output;Compliance with current safety regulations;Ensure the Work Instructions used by the production team members;Root cause analysis and define action plans;Manage resources accordingly production volumes and allocate in different shifts;Develop and training new teams for a program of a new product;Support and resource for new teams due to new product program;Project coordination of new automatic and manual welding lines involving cross functional teams responsible for design, build and integration of BIW lines;Coordination and creation of requests for quotation (RFQ) for new welding lines and support for the commercial department in all negotiations;Develop project plans, as project scope, timelines, cost, resources, risk, quality, communications and implantation of overall project timing to the team;Follow and coordinate welding lines integration from early phases as the kick off up to product launch in the plant and hand over to production.
