Hr Admin Officer
- Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department;- Create and maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and records via in our Information Systems (HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors);- Support the HR Business Partner for the required data entries in our Information systems (HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors);- Deliver & Collects all required documents related to an Employee file (Contract, letters, Personal files,…); - Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and ensure the smooth running of operations;- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests (Service Desk Support level 2).
