More than 27 years of experience, which career was built into companies related to financial, healthcare, insurance and construction sectors. I have complementary and diversified formations that allow me to have a comprehensive business view and, at the same time, I got a broad IT specialized knowledge related to my intensive work experience in this sector. Currently, I'm responsible for Agile Transformation and IT Governance at Porto Seguro. I highlight my work experience on people leadership through conduction of multidisciplinary teams, acting on initiatives implementation, projects management, process revision, strategic planning, budget and information management (budget implementation and monitoring), the establishment of internal and external partnerships through strategic alliances. Also, I prepared managerial studies for decisions-making and executive presentations for C-Levels.I graduated at Civil Engineering at POLI-USP with Pos-Graduation at FGV-CEAG and MBA International Executive (FIA).
