I lead a small team which works on preparation and implementation of European Research and Innovation Projects. My clients are consortia of academic and industrial entities, usually between five and twenty partners. I am responsible for activities which are transversal to all the projects I manage, regardless of the technical vertical. This allows me to work with several experts in several different fields.I am directly responsible of operational activities such as:• Customer acquisition, contract negotiation and account management• Project proposal preparation (Horizon Europe: Global challenges (e.g. IA, RIA, CSA), Marie-Curie doctoral networks, EIC Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator• Communication (strategy, channels, content)• Stakeholder engagement at various levels (end-users, regulatory, customers, policy makers)• IP management (landscaping, protection, transfer)• Regulatory landscape and policy analyses• Market analysis and business plan preparation• FAIR Data managementAs team leader I keep track of tasks, deadlines and KPIs. I liaise directly with clients and funding agencies. In addition, I am responsible for trainings both internal and external to the company.
