. My name is Fabio Vota, I was born in Italy, and have more than 19 years experience in the kitchen. After completing culinary school I set off to work and expand my knowledge on food, and what better place than Tuscany. After being there for a few years, I went on to cook for the Italian national soccer team and was the chef in Germany when we won the World Cup in 2006. After leaving the national soccer club to grow and expand my career I decided to come to America. In the short 3 years I've been here I've had the pleasure of working with many celebrity clients. I am now ready to bring all my experience and great recipes to the masses.
