- Responsible for the Management of Corporate Transportation (distribution, courier, air and road logistics for refrigerated trucks, delivery reports, etc.);- Run studies for logistics synergy with internal customers to reduce costs;- Control of Logistics Process and KPIs like OTIF/OTD and Financial Budget Management;- Technical Support for Procurement to conduct Logistics Providers RFQs;- Team Management (analysts, contractors and trainees).

- Responsible for Logistics Process Storage and Distribution a domestic level reporting to the Supply Chain Board;- Responsible for BSC and driving action plans on DCs (accuracy indicators, number of lines sent / received, addressing, counting and cyclical inventory, delivery and monitoring of windows courier distribution operation and outsourced fleet);- Leadership of 25 employees (stockroom assistants);- Logistics Cost Management (monitoring of storage costs platform - handling, shipping, receiving, storage, headcount, rent, etc.);- Asset Management - storage of no longer used assets and conduct auctions- WMS implementation.

- Responsible for BSC and building regional action plans (SLAs of purchase, accuracy of inventory, count, OTIF/OTD - carrier operation and couriers);- Active participation in the consolidation of DCs (integration);- Communication plan and new supply flow development for new units (integration);- Implement new demand supply flow pushed for the higher volume of units (reduction of inventory costs at the tip).

Procurement- Construction sourcing intelligence and RFQ in the categories of direct and indirect products;- Direct negotiation in 2 categories (direct and indirect) of Procurement for saving targets;- Focus in cost reduction actions and report on BSC for Supply Board;- International purchase benchmarking (Study and compare direct costs in the international diagnostic medicine market);Planning and Logistics- Newly acquired operation Integration Project - (communication and monitoring of the logistics flow);- Conduct the asset auction of unserviceable;- Study supply flows to hospital operations;- Study routing tools.

Taxes- Control payments for local, state and federal taxes;- Directly responsible for services and raw material invoices;Accounting- Closing balance sheets;- Accounting adjustment inconsistencies to send to investors;Strategic planning- Consolidation of the sector macroeconomic studies of exchange rate;- Revenue Study of the main competitors;- Consolidation of strengths and weaknesses of the Brazilian and international energy sector.
