Management of a renovation of one office floor, being responsible for: • Quality controlling of the service executed by the construction company; • Hire the construction company and some suppliers; • Execute the communication between the client and the construction company;• Register all changes made on the Project; • Verify the Project compliance realized by the architecture company;• Correct the chronogram by each movement executed;• Execute the cash flow from the site;• Negotiation with some suppliers;• Assist the chronogram accomplishment elaborated by the construction company.

The main activity was the monitoring of some construction sites. Internship during summer break supporting several projects, such as: • The inspection of pipe waterfall responsible for generating energy in the Dam of “França” in the city of Juquitiba - SP, with thickness measurements from the surface of the tube;• Calculation of water tanks validated through software;• Preparation of drawings, specially in foundations using TQS and AutoCAD softwares, which enabled the learning of TQS CAD and improved the knowledge on AutoCAD obtained from UFSCar.
