CurrentSummary: Security professional with expertise in managing security operations, leading teams, and ensuring compliance, with a strong focus on client relations, technology proficiency, and administrative responsibilities.• Direct a workforce of 50-100 individuals, leveraging strong leadership skills to achieve organizational goals.• Supervise and oversee all security services and deliverables for assigned sites• Mentor and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and performance• Conduct weekly audits to ensure SOPs, post orders, and QRCs are up to date to maintain high compliance standards• Direct supervision of Shift Supervisors to ensure effective team management• Oversee and participate in monthly security drills to ensure emergency preparedness• Escalate concerns as needed to maintain a positive work environment• Review and manage Digital Activity Reports (DAR) and tickets to stay on top of security incidents• Schedule and conduct monthly Shift Supervisor meetings to ensure effective communication• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and post orders to ensure compliance• Perform weekly post checks for all assigned site posts to ensure security presence• Utilize communication platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams to enhance team collaboration.• Assist in onboarding and termination processes to ensure smooth personnel transitions• Monitor training needs and coordinate with Training Coordinator to ensure team development• Review employee hours, scheduled and non-scheduled for accuracy to ensure financial accountability• Conduct monthly site, personnel, and procedure audits to maintain security protocols• Ensure alignment with client expectations and resolve issues to maintain positive client relationships
