Led the talent/people strategy implementation with significant reduction in associates turnover from 25% to 8%Reduction production cost by 12% and increase productivity by 15%

o Responsible for process management of extrusion and grinding line with focus on process and product improvement. o Great success on 5S, GMP, GHP and HACCP implementation on extrusion and grinding processes.o Success on team development with experience on conflict management with Union and Shop Stewarts members. o Responsible to lead new investments/new projects on the process work unit. o Great result reached on Microbiological control over the process unit with responsibility on sanitation/cleaning team. o Experience in Quality Management: Mars Quality and Food Safety Standard – ISO9001/22001.

o Responsible for process management of extrusion and grinding line with focus on process and product improvement. o Great knowledge on extrusion and grinding process. o Successfully implement lean concepts on continuous improvements with expressive results on rework reduction, productivity increase. o Experience in Quality Management : 5S, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP. o ISO 9001/ISO14001 and GMP Internal Auditor;o Experience in team development at operators and shift managers level.
