Main Responsibilities:* Support and better the cloud structure;* Support migration analysis of clients to the cloud;* Maintain and improve the cloud space; * Problem analysis, utilization and implementation of new technologies and job structure;* Aid the cloud structure utilizing the newest technologies vying the automation and continuous improvement of the cloud;* Helpdesk: Customer support through tickets, management of tickets;* Monitoring instances via Zabbix.

Main Responsibilities: * Help Desk: Configuration of Log One system (software utilized for mining and port logistics to control the coming and going of trucks and ships);* Remote customer support; Call Center; Access to the client’s server through VPN use to solve problems related to the software and database (Oracle, SQL Server);* Equipment maintenance as well as resolving any problems that may arise in the system.

Main Responsibilities: * Resolving software and email problems (Outlook, Thunderbird); Configuration and utilization of VPNs; * Resolving server, telephone and machine problems;* Presential user support; * Telephone support; Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2008/2012; * Configuration of Printers, switches, routers, computers, etc.; Assembly, maintenance and configuration of networks. (Switches, Routers and Servers);* Company internal network control; * Laptop and CPU’s Hardware and Software maintenance; * Utilization of the Amazon EC2 software for the creation of VM’s;* Utilization of the Amazon RDS service for the creation and configuration of the database;* Utilization of the Tomcat service for the usage of internal software;* Configuration via SSH for access and resolution of problems in the servers and machines of the company and clients;* Installation and configuration of many software, as well as solving any problems that may occur.

Main Responsibilities: * Customer Service;* Dealing with company internal issues; Internal administration;* Call Center; Distributing payments to employees and collaborators;* Human Resources, Administrative Routine, control and documentation.
