An Art Director by background, Fabio Astolpho's early exposure to craftsmanship, influenced by his grandparents' professions, shaped a professional with a discerning eye for execution and a seamless combination of a refined aesthetics approach with commercial purpose. This blend has earned him over 90 awards at festivals worldwide, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Effie Awards, El Ojo, and São Paulo Creative Club. These accolades were achieved through projects at some of the country's most significant agencies, such as DM9DDB, BBH Brasil, and Talent (Publicis Groupe), working on integrated projects for major brands both nationally and globally.In 2010, he was the Brazilian art director with the largest number of campaigns published in the prestigious Lürzer's Archive magazine. In 2017, he was chosen as one of the top three Creative Directors by the Brazilian Advertising Association. In recent years, he was part of the leadership team that elevated F.biz (WPP) to the global creative stage, securing the agency's first-ever Cannes Lions Awards. He then transitioned to Publicis Brazil, where he served as Executive Creative Director. Now, he leads TheDream - a dedicated unit of over 100 professionals focused solely on managing the Honda Brazil account and all its business units, including cars, motorcycles, financial services, customer service, and corporate communications.Astolpho's involvement in refining craft goes beyond his professional activities: he also dedicates his time to fine art photography—he has had solo exhibitions in numerous galleries and museums and his work is part of the permanent collection of the São Paulo Image and Sound Museum - MIS-SP (@fastolpho). Due to his long-standing collaboration with Honda Motors, he has become an enthusiast of, and is heavily involved in, vintage motorcycle custom builds (@oldtopsgarage). In both activities, Astolpho exercises, expands, and diversifies his passion for creative and visual disciplines.
