BHN Capital is the company I created to advise in strategy, corporate finance and business development. Through the last 6 years I worked as a consultant and an advisor for 50+ small and middle market companies, helping executives with all aspects of business adminstration and corporate finance.

Mezzow is a HealthTech startup I have been advising in product development, corporate finance and fundraising.

Republic Paradise is an apparel company I worked as a consultant and later on joined the board as an advisor, supporting the executives in business development, change management and financial planning.

7Cantos was a client I advised in strategic planning and fund raising while working at Astor Capital. After its seed round, I was invited to join the board as an advisor of the company and since then I have been mentoring the founders in developing the business.

Pharos Consultoria is a management consultant company and I advise them in strategic positioning, product development, partnerthip design, as well as executive mentoring.

Astor Capital is a multi-family office that was created from a merger of a Wealth Management and a Management Consulting business. I was a key executive in its conception and performed the following:• Advised the partners in transitioning from a small Wealth Management business into a certified Asset Management Company, growing its AuM by 100% over the period. • Managed the Investment Banking business, advising more than 20 middle market companies in fund raising, strategic planning, governance and coporate finance.

I advised the owners of Raiz Cozinha Brasileira in acquiring an operation and rebranding it to the new strategic positioning, as well as managing the large restaurant through the pandemic, which severely hurt the operational cash flow and capacity to market the new brand.

During the time I acted as an advisor for Two Brothers, we grew the company from a small pizza delivery to the biggest pizza dark kitchen in the Northeast, selling more than 1k pizzas a day, a growth of more than 800% in sales over 12 months. Key developments in the company:• Daily treasury and cost management• Strategic planning of products, combos and sales discounts. • Agressive digital marketing and customer relationship management.• Design of kitchen logistics.• Management of over 100 freelance delivery partners.

Additionally to the Teaching Assistant position in Private Equity, I also held the position for the Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivatives course. On both positions, I performed the following:• Teaching review lectures for the examinations.• Grading projects, assignments and examinations.• Tutoring students with questions about the course and its projects.

• Collaborated with Managing Director to analyze and plan the firm`s real estate projects.• Managed and controlled the activities and cash flows of a 250,000 sq.ft Hospital construction, reporting directly to the Managing Director and to the COO

• Prospected companies and investors to lease and sell commercial real estate investments through relationship and cold calling target executives.• Presented and analyzed real estate developments and market information to Directors of large corporations and real estate developers clients, under the supervision of the Commercial Real Estate Managing Director.

• Analyzed feasibility of real estate development projects.• FP&A of four projects reporting to PMOs and to the CEO.

• Analyzed and conducted due diligence of investment funds (stocks, currency, real estate and fixed income) under the supervision of the fund of funds manager. • Developed spreadsheets and reports to support investment decisions and tactical market movements.• Participated in conference calls along equity research analysts and investment fund managers.• Conducted monthly asset consolidation for the family members under the supervision of the CEO.
