After a 6 years’ experience as Supply Chain Manager in the leading mineral water factory for the Italian market, I've got the responsibility for continuous improvement projects for the whole Italian Logistics, concerning network design, transportations optimization, distribution planning, third parties managing & bidding. Negotiation and contracts management are included.

I'm the Supply Chain Manager in two of the main Nestlè Waters Factories. Leading a 14 people team, I'm responsible for inbound and outbound logistic, as well as for production planning and stock coverage. I work in touch with Demand Planning, Marketing and Distribution Requirements Planning teams, based in the headquarter, and I'm the point of contact for Third Party Logistic Providers.

2,5 years in GLOBE – GLObal Business Excellence. It’s an international job that aims to re-engineer processes in all the Nestlè divisions and to implement SAP in order to support these processes. This job is ongoing in Nestlè companies all over the world, and it’s the biggest project ever, impacting the whole company in any department.
