CurrentCurrently, I direct IT functions and computer systems at a nonprofit government agency managing a consortium of U.S. State Governors Offices, State Associations, and other non-profits. Here, I manage strategic systems conversions and integrations and all customer contracts. Contribution Highlights:- Act as CIO for the agency's 100+ clients and their business cases. Steer the Help Desk Team supporting all 100+ organizations.- Oversee budgets up to $17M, controlling enterprise objectives and budgets focused on slashing expenses while improving security.- Constructed an IT infrastructure for nearly 110 locations.- Performed as a trusted advisor to executives and board members on IT, equipment, investment, and risk analysis to meet existing service levels.- Led the Service Desk Ticketing System effort, resulting in a $3M boost in revenue.- Directed the agency’s digital transformation project focused on migrating into Microsoft's cloud. Project scope consisted of 3 projects, comprised of Email Migration to Exchange Online, File Server Migration into Microsoft’s Collaboration Platform, and migration into Microsoft’s Endpoint Manager. Project impacted over 100 separate organizations and cut costs by 40%.- Led the agency’s Real Estate line of business, including supporting negotiations for a significant reduction over the life of a new 15-year lease in spite of being located in one of the country’s highest-rent districts. - Real estate agreement was acknowledged as the "Best Real Estate Deal" by the Washington Business Journal.- Co-established an Association Management Company (AMC) winning the ASAE's Association and Nonprofit Innovators Award.- Modernized the agency’s 15 large conference rooms with all new technology equipment at the request of the board of directors. Boosted revenue greatly as a result of the higher demand for conference room rental and virtual conference hosting services.
