Vivere così a lungo il mondo aziendale mi ha permesso di comprenderne le sfide e le pressioni quotidiane, rendendomi molto chiaro il contributo che volevo portare in questo ambito.L'AVVICINAMENTO ALLA MEDITAZIONEDal 2010 pratico giornalmente la meditazione e ho sperimentato personalmente i suoi benefici, sia nell’ambito privato che in quello lavorativo. Come Trainer OMM metto la mia conoscenza ed esperienza a disposizione delle organizzazioni per aiutarle a ridurre lo stress dei team, aumentare la produttività e migliorare la vita delle persone che compongono l’azienda.Credere nella forza della condivisione delle esperienze significative è sempre stato al centro dei miei pensieri.
