L'ESPERIENZA NEL MONDO AZIENDALE.Ho iniziato la mia carriera lavorando all’interno di piccole aziende, ho fondato start-up e sono arrivato a lavorare e per multinazionali di grandi dimensioni. Vivere così a lungo il mondo aziendale mi ha permesso di comprenderne le sfide e le pressioni quotidiane, rendendomi molto chiaro il contributo che volevo portare in questo ambito.L'AVVICINAMENTO ALLA MEDITAZIONEDal 2010 pratico giornalmente la meditazione e ho sperimentato personalmente i suoi benefici, sia nell’ambito privato che in quello lavorativo. Come Trainer OMM metto la mia conoscenza ed esperienza a disposizione delle organizzazioni per aiutarle a ridurre lo stress dei team, aumentare la produttività e migliorare la vita delle persone che compongono l’azienda.Credere nella forza della condivisione delle esperienze significative è sempre stato al centro dei miei pensieri. Per questo ho deciso di fondare uno dei primi Centri OMM nel mondo insieme ad alcuni cari amici, in modo da offrire a chiunque la possibilità di trarre benefici da questa disciplina.LA CONDIVISIONE.Dall’età di 12 anni dedico parte del mio tempo al volontariato e sono orgoglioso di essere uno dei responsabili del progetto “Carovana del Cuore”, iniziativa che opera in tutta Italia per sensibilizzare sui diritti dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza.
