• Development of a pattern to be used in Project Management Office based on good practices from PMI; • Management and implementation of various projects for major improvements in enterprise systems; • Development of a process for improvement in the management of communication with the business departments, suppliers and customers. • Lead of periodical meetings with the executive board to present the projects statuses, time tracking, costs and priorities ; • System management with focus on local applications, presentation of process improvement and systemic solutions;

• Project Manager for the USA Team being the focal point in Brazil, supporting the definition of processes, methods and metrics according to customer's request; • Conducted "Conference Calls" with the customer (USA) and the technical team of the project, including resources from India, USA, Mexico and Brazil; • Design of the artifacts generated based on the RUP practices and UML for Web projects;

• Development of artifacts for requirements management as (Vision Document, Glossary, Use Cases, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagram, Preparation of Test Plan and Term of Project Accept); • Focal point between the consultant and the customer for the projects of the Automobile Insurance Industry, responsible for implementation of systemic improvements including requirements, supporting the development team and the deployment; • Support the development team working on conflict resolution and monitoring of deadlines activities;

• Requirements management and functional specification for development of an ERP involving modules of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoices, Payroll System and Profit Sharing; • Responsible for training and deployment of the tool in several group units in Brazil.
