Responsible to lead the multi-functional project team in new business opportunities: Application Engineering, Launch Buyer, Manufacturing team and development centers to develop and launch into production new turbocharger applications, targeting customer and business expectations for cost, quality, reliability and time-to-market.

• Main Tasks:
• In according to the world Wide Maintenance Leader define the strategy of maintenance service
• Responsible for a team of 12 persons, define the objectives for each member of the team and review the objective periodically
• Coordinate 2 suppliers (23 people and 3 people) for maintenance activities
• Report at the manufacturing engineering manager the progress of the projects and the metrics
• Define and implement in SAP the preventive maintenance plan

• Main Task:
• Co-ordinates, organises & controls TPM project
• Co-ordinates, organises & controls improvement maintenance involving constructor, maintenance service, production people.
• Co-ordinates the improvement teams in breakdowns analysis to find always the breakdown root cause.
• Adjust preventive/predictive maintenance on the base of feedback coming from breakdown analysis.
• Co-ordinates, organises & controls specific maintenance problems

• Ford and Volvo customers quality issues management (PPM, Customer Satisfaction, Incidents)
• Root cause analisys for Non Conformal turbocharger (0 km and warranty); corrective action implementation (RAC, 8D);
• New product omologation following PPAP /APQP procedure.

• Product Transfer Leader ( France,UK, Romania, Italy).
• Production process definition and implementation;
• Production cycle definition following Lean Production standards;
• New product introduction in the plant; release FMEA documentation with application eng dept.
• Customer link for the new product introduction;
• Make/buy decision;
