I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist.I offer a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy approach to help men struggling with intimacy and relationship issues. This process leads clients to live more authentic lives and often understand this process of intergenerational trauma. I am currently studying Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), a type of Experiential Dynamic Therapy (EDT) that focuses on regulating client's anxiety and addressing the defenses that block them from living more fulfilling lives.I have also studied a new, cutting-edge trauma therapy called Brainspotting, which can quickly and gently help clients integrate traumatic memories and move out of traumatic stagnation, freeze, depressive or angry patterns.I take my work very seriously and my goal is to help you create a life that is more fulfilling than you ever thought possible before. And that’s why I spent over a decade of training in Master of Social Work, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Men’s groups, EFT/Tapping for trauma resolution, conflict mediation, restorative justice practices, and facilitating hundreds of men’s groups provide me with the tools to help you through your current struggle.
