During my time at Vizbee I served as Senior Software Architect of a cross-platform virtual player; providing an abstraction layer for native media players, media player events, and user input device events across Sony Smart TVs, Sony BDPs, Samsung Orsay TVs, Samsung Tizen TVs, LG WebOS TVs, LG NetCast TVs, and Chromecast. Also I served as Senior Software Engineer of the Vizbee cast receiver Roku channel, leveraging a proprietary component framework for BrightScript, oversaw integration efforts of the Vizbee SDK on multiple customer applications, and consulted on multiple contracts regarding release efforts of customer channel applications on various platform channel stores including Popcorn Flix on Samsung Orsay TVs and several others.

While at Accedo.tv I performed as Senior Software Engineer, Technical Manager, and primary point of contact for several NYC and LA clients. Including contracts for Showtime Anytime (CBS) on Samsung Orsay and Roku, as well as the CenturyLink Prism, Redbull TV, Warner Archive, and EPIX HD channels on Roku. Originally hired as a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of CenturyLink Prism on Roku, a highly innovative channel requiring the implementation of a custom component-based canvas rendering framework with a stream-lined user interface event handling message pump in BrightScript, I also oversaw the implementation of Showtime's direct-to-consumer release (Showtime Channel) on Samsung Orsay and Roku channel stores. In 2014, I spoke on behalf of Accedo.tv during the Media Streaming East Conference regarding Roku application development in BrightScript.Also, I engaged as a mentor and advisor to junior and mid-level engineers in NYC and off-shore Accedo.tv offices (India and HongKong) during my tenure as Technical Manager of several multinational engineering teams .

Hired as a member of HBO's connected TV team, a highly focused group within the Digital Products Department. Overseeing all feature-upgrade implementation and maintenance efforts for the Roku and Samsung Orsay platforms. During my time at HBO I built a Unit Testing and Code Completion framework in BrightScript with a Jenkins plugin for pseudo-continuous integration on Roku. I also implemented a WebSockets (RFC-6455) library in BrightScript that was used in multiple proof-of-concept applications.Futhermore, I took part in building the subscriber-facing HBO Go activation portal (hbogo.com/activate).

At Rokk3rLabs I participated in the discovery, planning, management, and delivery of many Statements of Work including projects for SEI, McDonalds, and StateFarm. I also served as team lead for the engineering of a web application and mobile web-service deployment platform, as well as worked on several internal proof-of-concepts in Objective-C, PHP, and ECMAScript.

While at BIGSTAR.tv, I served as team lead in the engineering of a RESTful media catalog API, the BIGSTAR.tv blog, the "BIGSTAR Movies" channel on Roku, and the "Movies You Demand" iPhone and iPad applications.When released for iPhone OS and iPad OS, the "Movies You Demand" application was the first application on the AppStore to stream HD quality (480p) over a cellular network connection, and received the "App of the Week" award upon its release.
