• Lead the office administration of the Secretary and Office Chief, material, financial and human resources, events coordination and logistics. • Develop and administrate the assigned budget for the facilities and general services of the office. • Perform the staff recruitment process control the workforce base don the assigned, elaboration of guidelines for the personnel allocated to the different office units of the Secretary. . • Creation of processes in order to improve resource implementation, optimizing the departments’ budgets with approximately 10% savings.

• Lead the administration of the offices of the Secretary and Office Chief, in order to ensure the control and administration of materials and financial resources, events coordination and logistics, administration of the budget for the appointed offices. • Lead the application of property maintenance protocols, checking of office functionality and supervision of office hardware, computers and telephony.• Responsible for the control of personnel with reference to the appointed budget, assigned to the office of the Secretary and Office Chief.Elaboration and submission of activities and performance reports of the appointed personnel.• Updating and improvement of the administrative backwardness at the Secretary’s office, facilitating the delivery and reception acts in coordination with other advisors. Optimization of resources of all the areas achieving the update of all topics in its entirety.

• Coordinate General Service operations of the office, with the purpose of ensuring the purchase, maintenance and furnishing with the necessary tools to optimize business operations.• Coordinate the institutional halls maintenance of the Secretary’s offices, responsible for protocol events logistics, official visits, visits from foreign Chancellors and Ministers, office maintenance and vehicle control of the appointed offices of the Secretary. • Coordinate diplomatic and protocol events, such as official visits from Presidents, Chancellors and Ministers. • Ensure the purchase and management of food services and provisions control • Lead the office supplies provisions

• Lead Service operation, administration, procedures, management, messenger and logistics.• Ensure the application of services, verifications, management, sales and purchasing of the products requested by our customers.

• Verify the logistics of construction material transportation and personnel security at the International Airport in Mexico City.

• Responsible for ensuring procedures compliance of Operation and Quality.• Provide ongoing Education to personnel in the following campaigns; Fritolay México, Promocepción y GIG (Customer Service, Promotion and Sales and Quality Control). • Supervise inbound operations, control and execution of Quality procedures and Customer Service.
