With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, I am currently an Equipment Engineer at Baker Hughes, a leading provider of oil and gas solutions. In this role, I am responsible for developing calculations, specifications, and drawings for connectors and accessories for flexible pipes, as well as reviewing technical documents for manufacturing, planning and controlling projects, performing structural analysis, and providing technical support to suppliers.My core competencies include machining, welding, tooling, design, quality management, and continuous improvement. I have a MBA in Quality Management and another MBA in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and a Technician degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am also a speaker and a researcher in the fields of cost of quality and root cause analysis. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and have multiple certifications and publications related to my field of expertise.
