I hold a BSc in Economics summa cum laude from University of Naples and an Master in Advanced Corporate Finance from LUISS University of Rome. I recently completed a course on DeFi (decntralised finance) with a specific focus on asset tokenisation (NPLs and real estate assets). I'm currently working at Intesa Sanpaolo Group (Active value Management division) managing equity investments made by ISP with the aim to optimize the exit value. I'm also involved in negotiations with other counterparts (shareholders, lending banks, potential buyers and so on) and in the ideation, preparation and execution of debt restructuring transactions.Prior to this role, I was taking care of valuing and impairing Bank's portfolio of participations on a regular basis (IFRS 11, IAS 28 and IAS 39 AFS and FVTPL) with knowledge of ECB Comprehensive assessment (Stress test, AQR and join up, AVAs). I've a deep expertise on infrastructural asset valuation and on the use of SFP (Strumenti Finanziari Partecipativi) in debt restructuring process. I started my career in private equity, taking care of the entire investment process, from origination to closing (list of deal flow managed upon request) preparing the investment memorandum, assisting the due diligence and negotiations.I was also a sell side Analyst who covered a variety of equity stories across different sectors: Media, Auto, Tyres and Gaming companies in Europe. I was ranked by Reuters/Extel (best European media stock picker in 2011) and voted by international buy side analysts and fund managers. I’ve written over 500 sell side equity research during my career some of which are still visible on Internet.
