Responsible for the areas of Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Strategic and Budget Planning, HR and Legal of the operations in Brazil, Portugal and México.• Management of the administrative and financial processes of the operations, as well as formatting accounting and tax model in each market.• Conducting Corporate Finance operations (M&A and Funding), Budgeting and Strategic Planning.• Short and long term financial modeling of the operations. • Management of tourism administrative processes: cancellation, Refund, Charge Back, and others. • Construction of the Financial Ecosystem for a Web Portal: Front End System >> Antifraud >> Gateway >>Banks >>Back End System.• Responsible for the relationship with tourism market stakeholders: Consolidators, Brokers, Tour Operator, Airline Companies, and others.• Focus point to the relationship between Oner Travel and more than 80,000 partners registered on the platform (answering questions, training, payment of commissions, and others). • Management of HR and Legal Operations. Main Projects/ Results:(a) Series A Funding – raising fund via private equity with Point Break VC Fund.(b) Serie B Funding – raising funds via M&A transaction with CVC Corp (operation not completed).(c) Formatting of an innovative and disruptive model of comission´s payment to Individual for sales of tourism services.(d) Creation of a model for the acquisition of tourism services from European suppliers, enabling the purchase under special financial conditions.(e) Project to hire employees under CLT regime, having as a driver a 100% remote model with employees in different cities, states and countries.

(d) Implementation of the Administrative and Financial Shared Services Center in Argentina to support LATAM operations. (e) Implementation of HR practices to welcome employees who migrate to the “Work from Home” model (Hostway Talks, Hostway Conecta (social network), Tematic Happy Hours, Talk to Me).

The CSO position was created from the spin off of the CFO activities. This new poition was responsible for the areas of Strategic and Budget Planning, M&A, Joint Venture, New Businesses, Corporate Governance, PMO, and Projects to Optimize Results and Controllership.Main Projects/Results: (a) Implementation of Canvas as a Strategic Planning tool and OKR as na agile management methodology providing greater control of planned actions and their concret results. (b) Conducting of the M&A Operation of Flytour Group with the largest global TMC. Generate na MoU, Data Room Construction and Due Dilligence management (operation not completed by decision of the buyer side).

Responsible for Strategic and Budget Planning, Corporate Finance, M&A, Joint Venture and New Businesses, Corporate Governance, PMO and Controllership, Finances, Administration, Accounting, Tax and Legal.• Short and long-term operational cashflow. • Solid relationship with financial stakeholders, especially Banks, Audit and Legal Companies. • Responsible for renegotiations to modify the profile of debts and create financial products.• Responsible for all communication and disclosure of financial data to market and sector agencies.• Head of the meetings with Board of Directors, Executive Directors and Shareholders to present the financial and accounting results of the companies.• Discussion and definition of accounting processes and criteria, in addition to the management of external audit processes.• Strategic management of the Legal Department.• Management of credit and collection area, that accounted for R$4Bn+ in credit granted to 5K+ companies;• Head of the administrative processes under the tourism operation, such as Land and Air Invoicing, Refunds, ADM / ACM, and Conciliations.Main Projects/Results: (a) Headed M&A operations, with highlight to the acquisition of Grupo Gapnet, which allowed a boost of R$1.5Bn+ in sales and brought four new business lines to the portfolio, turning the company into the second largest and most diverse travel agency in the country.(b) Led the post-acquisition integration process of Grupo Gapnet that allowed to reduce the headcount from over 3,500 right after the acquisition to less than 2,000 in a two years. (c) Implementation of the Group's Shared Services Center.(d) Improved the Corporate Governance Model of the Group that brought the Group closer to the practices of publicly-listed companies (benchmark), and granted a significant improvement in the rating within financial institutions.(e) Implementation of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) area.(f) Implementation of Microsoft D365 ERP system.

Responsible for the areas of Finance, Administration, Accounting and Tax, HR, Strategic and Budget Planning and Corporate Finance:● Strategic management of the Treasury Area, and relationship with banks to raise funds and develop financial products aimed at enabling and boosting sales;● Responsible for the Human Resources area, including all initiatives and processes related to talent acquisition, people management and personnel administration;● Management of technology and projects to meet internal demands;● Relationship with accounting and payroll BPO companies;● Assessment, analysis and discussion of strategic and financial results;● Results meetings with the CEO and Board of Directors to define strategies.

Main Projects/Results: (a) Active participation in two IPO´s processes and 12 M&A projects.(b) Responsible for the plan to integrate financial, accounting and tax routines for acquired companies. (c) Creation of a Shared Services Center where we could to centralize financial, accounting and administrative operations of brazilian and Latin American companies.

Main Projects/Results: (a) Expansion of operations throughout Latin America, assuming as a country manager of the branches in Argentina and Mexico. (b) Officer responsible for structuring international franchises in Uruguay, Paraguay, Puerto Rico and Chile.
