Fire fighting System management for Main Camp, Warehouse, Plants and Bitumen Base according to the local legislation; Internal and external Communication with: the Supervision and Consultancy Service named by the Client, the Ministerial PIU, the local governmental bodies, the subcontractors and the local people through the Grievance Committee. Preparation of HIV/AIDS brochures in collaboration with the site doctor and management of the related training to the workers. Training on Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001 and on project procedures to the HSE Personnel, to the administration of the camp, to the plants, workshop and warehouse managers, as well as to the Project Management personnel. Site inspections for the assessment and monitoring of the environmental status before and during working activities. Environmental Audits internal and to subcontractors.
