Project Coordinator II of the operations specifically for the ADT Dealer Program. An A+ team that ensures a great customer experience while moving our homeowners project through an efficient project work flow thus allowing for fast install timelines across the board and giving customers that WOW experience from start to finish.Consisting of working the contract verification side:- making sure all contracts are fill out correctly and ensuring all needed documents have been provided - finance specialist (process finance for new customer and clearing any stipulations this applications may come with.- As part of working finance, project coordinator II will be responsible to adjust contract price via (change order) if any adder might be needed or any correction to the contract or loan application needs to be done in a timely manner to ensure projects moves fast to installation. - As part of the ADT Dealer Program project coordinator will ensure all needed photos have been provided by our site visit providers are all required photos to ensure our design team will have all the needed tools to move project forward with any unnecessary delays.Ultimately, responsible for communication with our Systems Development Team and addressing current and future business needs to improve efficiencies within the system.

As company open California Territory I was responsible to collect needed information to move project forward in the contract verification department. I will assist sales rep by checking all contract were filled out correctly as required by the California Law for solar system.

As a new chapter in my life I started working in the solar industry, were I found an incredible and excited career. I started working as a contract verification in Sunpro Solar where I learn the importance on paying dedicated attention to every contract, to ensure all needed documentation needed was provided and to process financing.Working remotely I could receive contracts from different states in the USA, and as part of my duties I needed to ensure all needed documents were provided such as homeowner's insurance with specific coverage amounts depending on customer electrical provider, current valid ID etc. just to name some.
