Served as founding member of Starbucks Roastery leadership team. The Starbucks Roastery was a CEO-sponsored business initiative highlighting Starbucks’ luxury brand and experiences. The roastery was piloted by my team in Seattle and scaled to 5 international cities in 3 years.Fostered organizational development during high-growth period where overall roastery staff increased by 242%; scaled my inaugural role into two new FTE leadership roles: employee engagement lead and coffee education lead.
