• Responsible to further develop (configure) and run the global central Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool (Planview) with >1400 users for Pharma Product Supply (PH PS)• Ensure Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool excellence regarding content, structure, licensees and reporting• Support the roll-out and management of the PPM tool across all units and functions within PH PS by taking over content ownership, develop and maintain governance and support processes• Provide oversight and leadership regarding functional and site PPM tool best practices and guideline implementation• Update the various leadership teams within PH PS on the PPM implementation in their respective areas• Support decision makers by providing project portfolio analyses

Accountability to implement the service delivery structure according to the blueprint ensuring completeness and adherence to local constraints and frame conditions. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the business continuity plan for the shared service center office based on the global structure.Key Responsibilities: • Regular monitoring of SSO’s Business Continuity Key User List and SSO’s Business Continuity Contact List for Business Continuity purposes.• Track resource allocation due to Disaster Recovery options.• Be responsible for availability of required backup infrastructure.• Manage / monitor the availability of relevant Business Continuity documentation.• Participate in process initiatives.• Keep assigned process Business Continuity documentation updated.• Be an active member of Business Continuity Experts Network (reports the site’s readiness status to this network, coordinates and aligns Business Continuity concept with all sites, reports on assigned process Business Continuity documentation status, etc.)• Participate in audits (including audit follow ups)• Act as a back up for the other Quality & Process Management related area indicated by Manager.• Ensure that backup capacity can be built up at the backup center in a reasonable time frame.• Be responsible for the organization of regular Business Continuity fire drills, periodically, rotating, selected scope to gauge level of readiness.• Be responsible for center's Business Continuity awareness, including regular dedicated trainings for all involved parties and follow up/lessons learned session after Disaster Recovery options tests/invocation.• Ensure availability of necessary language skills (internal/external) in backup center including ad-hoc resources for regular testing.

Key Responsibilities• Create a detailed project plan for each wave of AKMS implementation in consultation with the Global Process Owner and geo knowledge managers• Work with the Account Knowledge Managers (AKM) for the prioritized accounts to drive the implementation of AKMS • Coordinates with various AKMS stakeholders to ensure the implementation of AKMS is driven within defined timelines• Completes all required documentation from a project management perspective for each wave of AKMS implementation• Document the lessons learned for each wave and feeds it back to the AKMS process through the Global KM Process Owner • Work with the geo knowledge managers to prioritize the next set of accounts• Set up required governance meeting for each wave implementation• Analyze cost for project reductions • Support the AKMS implementation team by acting as a single point of contact in terms of directing queries and issues to the right set of people
