Managed project from design to installation and commissioning of a new Plastic Aerosols Line. Timeline: 10 months, budget: $7MM. Additionally, served as a Production Manager for the line for 4 months while completing the staff for the regular operations.Executed the re-layout and installation of new equipment in Aerosols Lines to expand the lines’ product portfolio. Timeline: 6 months, budget: $1.6MM.Analyzed and implemented company's global initiatives to standardize products portfolio, as well as its technologies in Liquids and Aerosols filling lines at Waxdale Campus: 16 Packaging Lines representing 30% of the global in-house production of the company. Co-defined the Engineering KPIs and monthly metrics reviews for the department.For each project, led a cross-functional project team of 5 to 10 members representing all areas in the manufacturing site (Quality, Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Production).
