Supervisor
Current- Work with exceptional efficiency to meet fast-paced demands of customers;- Manage food and beverage inventory by counting stock counts daily and ordering low-stock supplies when required;- Supervise activities to enforce timely preparation and delivery of food and maintenance of high quality and hygienic standards;- Deliver outstanding customer experience to meet and exceed customers' expectations;- Stay in line with company procedures, processes and health & safety regulations;- Prepare food items following standard recipes and menu to guarantee consistency and accuracy of product;- Work with meticulous attention to detail, effectively enhancing customer experiences;- Handle cash and card payments, processing accurately to minimise till discrepancies;- Observe staff performance and provided training and feedback to facilitate achievement of team and individual goals.
