Mexico

•Coordinating with the departments D&M, Wireline, Completions, Testing, SIS, Artificial Lift, Well Services, Radioactives & Maintenance all the international orders for being imported to Mexico and/or exported around the world. Materials: Chemicals, Oilfield machinery, spare parts, special vehicles for the oilfield sector, radioactive materials, sand, tools, IT servers, satelital antennas, etc.•Handling all emergency orders for all the departments mentioned above, even organising a special plane/helicopter to move a special tool from Mexico to Trinidad for a special operation in a well in less than 24hours.•Handling offshore suppliers, including Freight forwarders, terms & conditions, negotiation placing international orders for international suppliers payment( INCOTERMS) , calculation of lead time and transit time with respect to terms of delivery.-Close communication with the field or final customer in order to know its needs and delivery time of the material.-Tracking all the temporary import or export operation-Improving imports and export process for customs clearance and Customs brokers-Reducing Cost & monitoring KPI's-Proud Helper by exporting a special drilling tool for an Emergency operation from Mexico to Chili in 2010, where Schlumberger helped Chilean national copper company Codelco and national oil company ENAP to rescue the 33 miners trapped in the San Jose mine.

I was responsible for PPE, vehicles & parts,non-oilfield equipment spare parts commodities and oilfield services. I purchased all these commodities for 3 segments: Completions, Artificial Lift & Testing Servives.Tracking international orders with suppliers and finding Overseas Suppliers Manufacturers.
