As part of the Corporate Risk Talent Acquisition Team, my primary responsibility is to provide full cycle recruiting support to our Control Executive Function for senior level positions across the U.S. footprint. Collaborate and partner with HR, Compensation, and other internal business partners as it relates to recruiting and staffing needs. As a Sr. Consultant, I have the great opportunity to coach and act as mentor to other team members within my team. I am actively engaged with our Diversity Community of Practice and am primary POC for the Corporate Risk & Audit Team for this practice.

Recruiting Consultant executing full cycle recruiting to internal/external high volume and mid to senior level positions across Community Banking. In primary partnership with WF Business Payroll Services; including a National Payroll Sales Team and two Operations Contact Centers located in Bloomington, MN and Chandler, AZ. Additional recruiting experience with Corporate Risk, Compliance, Distribution Strategies and Services Group (DSSG), WF Virtual Channels Fraud Operations & Bill Pay, Retail Banking, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Communications & Deposit Product Group.

• Partner with Recruiting Consultants and Hiring Managers in various Recruiting Functions related to: Policy & Procedure / Interview coordination / Onboarding / Compliance & Audits / Candidate Experience.• Liaison to Recruiting Business Initiatives Team for evaluation of internal recruiting process and gap analysis.• Develop and maintain tools to support a seamless process for our nationwide and virtual recruiting team (i.e. email communication, marketing tools, process mapping, & resources.) • Candidate sourcing through Career Fairs, facilitate Group Interviews & New Hire Orientation• Collaborate with HR Partners in Compensation Salary Tracking & Adverse Impact Research

• Primary responsibility was to coach and develop the teller team - performing daily observations and “on the spot” coaching to drive the right behaviors. • Developed team engagement by conducting weekly 1:1 with tellers to discuss current performance and career development.• Developed and drove campaigns to increase sale referral & achieve a ‘WOW’ customer service experience. • Manage and administer monthly and daily compliance tasks. • Perform teller and banker transactions when demanded by customer traffic.
