- Active mediation dealing with existing reservations, managing ongoing issue on existing active reservation, active mediation on ongoing reservation, last-minute rebooking assistance, check in assistance;
- Ability to make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively;
- Managing customers’ requests, changes and cancellations as necessary via inbound phone calls and emails/messages, troubleshoot, providing information and solutions to customers;
- Mediation between customer about personality conflict.
- Educating customers about platform Policies and rules, supporting host with proactive advice about managing listing pages;
- Handing call of urgent and sensitive cases with extreme caution;
