Ensured team has performed against defined KPI metrics (Q, D, C parameters) including: booking, on-time delivery (proposals and documents), margin improvement (booked to shipped), lessons learned, employee engagement, customer satisfaction index (CSI)• Consistent focus on the preparation of bid documentation through action items deployment addressed to key improvements (quality and lead time) Achievements: 100% OTD (bid due dates agreed with customer)• Implemented a strategic business plan (A3 - 9 steps) addressed to the global API booking increase and margin erosion containment through appropriate countermeasures with specific action items to recapture business with ARAMCO (50 M$/year) Achievements: gross margin consolidation to 25%• Finalized within the GES Tendering & Engineering Teams a new global standard work (A3 - 9 steps) pertaining the Engineering specification review and independent design. Achievements: along 1Q of implementation decreased the quantity of root-causes “missed in the bid - MIB” associated to margin erosion (from 54 to 27 MIB with overall losses correspondent to 32% of max allowed overall target = 0.6 M$)• Improved the Employees Engagement Index to 78% and the Direct Management Effectiveness Index to 81%
