My purpose is to "put on the same boat" the greatest number of people and companies in this fast-paced digital context that we live in today.I have been working with technology, processes and people for +23 years, mostly leading many good people who have grown, evolved and made me a better professional.----------------------Brief history:I spent my childhood in a rich and fertile environment: my father was literature professor, my mother taught arts for middle school, my brother has x-fragile syndrome. In this environment, I learned to value what is beautiful, good and generous, optimism, respect, gratitude and collaboration.Graduating in economics opened my eyes to better understand the relationship between human beings and the world. My professional career in national and multinational companies, in Brazil and abroad, allowed me to build legacies, develop people, evolve professionally, emotionally and socially. Those experiences taught me the value of collaboration, how to solve complex problems, how to coexist with competition and collaboration, and mostly how to live together with people who share very close or very distant values from mine.----------------------Currently, I am a partner and design director at weme, where we face the challenge of delivering relevant projects to our clients, aiming to solve complex problems for companies and society, using #design and #technology.
