With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in complex corporate matters, primarily as a practicing attorney. I've also held C-level roles in energy and financial companies and served as an independent non-executive director on boards across various sectors, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the projects I undertake.I hold a PhD in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo and was a visiting scholar at the University of Chicago from 2013 to 2020.I’m passionate about applying law and economics to address challenges and opportunities in both public and private sectors.From 2009 to 2024, I served on the councils at the University of Chicago Harris School, where I chaired the Dean’s International Council.
