* Through SLA and lead times and to ensure customer success/satisfaction to final delivery of their product, executed order processing impacting shipping, on-time delivery, past dues, open orders, troubleshooting, resolution, inventory, inbound PO, returns, tracking, reports, freight mode optimization and follow ups with the cross functional departments* In Order Management, identified gaps, recommended improvements and contributed to efficiencies regarding account management, order fulfillment B2C, B2B, SOP and processes* 3PL in the market of gift cards, video games and hardware, food supplements/vitamins and snacks, restaurant supplies, shoes and garments, health care, solar and battery packs, and many others, most in time sensitive industries* Additionally, coaching, customer and material master data maintenance, SOP's update/maintenance, and assisted with internal business processes
